Pinehurst & The Pinehurst Resort

NCMGMA's Headquarter Hotel is the Pinehurst Resort and the discounted group rate is $199/single per night (plus 10% resort fee and tax). Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to reserve your conference room. The hotel cutoff date of Friday, August 28th. Please note reservations at the Carolina Inn cannot be guaranteed. After August 21st, please contact the hotel directly and note NCMGM’s contracted room rate cannot be guaranteed. Also, you should receive a confirmation email from the hotel. If you do not receive this within 48 hours of your reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

Additional Staff Discount

NCMGMA is making it affordable for your to bring all of your practice leadership! Bring one or more additional staff from your practice and you will save $100 on each of their conference registrations. When you register online, or use the printable registration, make sure to select the $200 Additional Staff option for all practice associates who will be joining you at the Leadership Summit in Pinehurst.

NCMGMA is supporting students in healthcare! Our organization is contributing $5 for each paid attendee registration which will go toward the Davis Watson Scholarship Fund.

Practice of the Year Award

Presented by First Citizens Bank.

NCMGMA is proud to partner with First Citizens Bank to present the 3rd Annual Practice of the Year Award, to be presented on the evening of Thursday, September 17th during the NCMGMA Leadership Summit at the Pinehurst Resort. This award recognizes a medical group practice that has made a significant contribution to their community, patients and/or staff through volunteer work, indigent clinics, fundraisers, staff wellness programs, community clean ups, community screenings and education (internal & external), etc.

To submit your practice for Practice of the Year, please fill out this nomination form and submit back to the NCMGMA offices. All nominations for this award are due by 5pm on Friday, July 17th.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before September 8th (seven business days prior to the conference) are entitled to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations after September 8th or for no-shows.
