Exhibitor InformationOn behalf of the North Carolina Medical Group Management Association, we invite you to register as an exhibitor at the 2015 Fall Leadership Summit September 16-18, 2015. Gain valuable access to North Carolina's healthcare administrators. This event will attract an estimated 150+ medical group managers from all over North Carolina! Exhibit Booth Specifications & RegistrationThe Exhibitor booth fee is $1050 for Affiliate members and $1200 for non-members. Included in exhibit costs are: (1) 8x10 booth, (2) chairs, (2) exhibitor badges, (1) pre-show attendance list, (1) wastebasket, (1) 6ft. skirted table and (1) electrical outlet. The cost of additional booth personnel is $320 per person. Applications must be submitted with payment IN FULL for space rental charges. Applications received without such payment will not be processed nor will space assignments be made. The deposit of payments does not constitute acceptance of application.

Tentative Booth Setup/Breakdown Hours & Exhibit Hall HoursWEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH Hotel AccommodationsGroup rates have been arranged at the Pinehurst Resort for $199 (+tax) per night for single occupancy, $99 (+tax) per night for double occupancy. The group rate cutoff is August 28, 2015. PLEASE NOTE: Hotel reservation information will be provided with your exhibitor registration confirmation via email. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Only hotel reservations made through the approved NCMGMA process will be honored for rooms at the group rate. There is no charge for self-parking at the hotel. What to WearExhibit personnel must wear attire consistent with the professional decorum of the NCMGMA Leadership Summit and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Business casual is the appropriate attire for the conference and related conference events. Cancellation PolicyIn the event it is necessary for the exhibitor to cancel their space rental agreement, a full refund (less a $50 processing fee per booth) will be made for requests postmarked no later than August 21, 2015. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after August 21, 2015. Cancellations must be received in writing from the authorized exhibitor representative.
