CHAPTER - Alamance County Medical Group Managers (ACMGM) provides continuing education in healthcare administration to medical group managers throughout Alamance County. Monthly meetings allow members and guests to hear from local sponsors and speakers on topics that are both relevant and beneficial. Networking opportunities allow managers to share ideas and discuss issues that we face daily.

CHAPTER - The Carolina Regional Medical Group Managers is an organization dedicated to the general purpose of continuing education in the field of healthcare administration.  In addition, the group provides a forum to address issues on a local and national level.

CHAPTER - The Charlotte Area Medical Group Managers (CAMGM) exists as an organization for the general purpose of continuing education in the field of healthcare administration.  The group provides forums to address issues on a local and national level.  Monthly meetings are also offered to give members the opportunity to learn from sponsors and program speakers, to network and to exchange ideas that help with issues they face on a day-to-day basis.

Chapter - The Greater Greensboro Medical Group Managers (GGMGM) provides continuing education in healthcare administration to medical group managers throughout the Triad Region.  Monthly meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month to allow members the opportunity to network and hear relevant presentations/current events pertaining to the healthcare industry.

CHAPTER -Triangle Medical Managers was formed in 1989 as a nonprofit organization to provide continuing education to managers of private medical practices in Wake, Durham and Orange Counties. Triangle Medical Managers is a metro group of the North Carolina Medical Managers Group (NCMGM). See their site at www.ncmgm.org. Local experts and professionals conduct our informative programs. The topics cover a wide variety of medical administrative topics including OSHA, Physician Recruitment, Marketing, Managed Care, HIPAA compliance, Medicare Compliance, and Stress Management. Each year we sponsor and conduct an all day seminar for our members, their staff and non-members in the medical community. Past speakers have included attorneys specializing in medical/legal issues, employment law, OSHA, managed care contracts, and time management experts.

CHAPTER -Winston-Salem Medical Group Managers is an active professional organization of medical office administrators that provides a forum for management skills enhancement. Meetings are working lunch sessions held generally on the third Wednesday of each month at 11:30 AM. The cost for membership is minimal and the group warmly welcomes new members.

Each month a guest speaker addresses topics of specific interest to medical office managers. Topics include such things as maintaining staff morale, billing issues with insurance carriers, employee benefits or the legal aspects of discharging an employee. Time is provided for members to ask questions and share problem-solving techniques. Networking is a major benefit to members.
