Join the NC Division of Health Benefits (DHB), NC AHEC, and Community Care of North Carolina for a webinar entitled Medicaid Updates: Policy, Data Review, and Quality Initiatives as North Carolina moves into the next phase of the pandemic.  

Dr. Shannon Dowler, DHB Chief Medical Officer, will review DHB’s policy strategy, detail the timing of upcoming changes, and provide tips on telephonic coding.  

 Dr. Dowler will also review the most recent data on telehealth and kick off an effort to close care gaps with well child checks and immunizations. As always, time will be reserved for questions from the audience.
