 Program - Sam Cohen, Curi Advisory, “Surprise Billing Act”. This act went into effect at the beginning of 2022. Each medical practice should have a process in place to be in compliance. Presentation will review the act's requirements and answer your specific questions. Surprise Billing is a frequently addressed topic on the national MGMA listserv as practices continue to seek direction.
