New this year! We're offering a Leadership track specifically designed to develop and push leaders to their maximum potential. See our schedule of events for more details on this exciting new educational opportunity.

Once again, we're offering a one-day pass option for members-only for Thursday, September 26th.This one-day registration includes all Thursday sessions, access to the exhibit hall, lunch and all refreshment breaks.  Please note: Thursday pass does not include breakfast or dinner.

Hotel Accommodations

Downtown Winston-SalemThe Winston-Salem Marriott is located in downtown North Carolina's Twin City Quarter, adjacent to the Benton Convention Center, within walking distance to shops, dining and entertainment and less than 20 miles from Piedmont Triad International Airport. Our group rate is $175 per night. To make reservations, please follow the reservation link in your fall conference registration confirmation. Our room block cutoff is September 3rd.

After September 3rd, please contact the hotel directly and note NCMGMA’s contracted room rate cannot be guaranteed. You should receive a confirmation email from the hotel. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of your reservation, please contact the hotel directly.

An exciting new opportunity for CMPEs

We're offering a Leadership track specifically designed to help practice managers who have already earned their CMPE achieve Fellowship in the American College of Management Professionals (ACMPE). See our schedule of events here to view the approved CE offerings for this track: courses are marked in red. The Fall Conference leadership track is worth up to 8 ACMPE CEUs.

First Citizens Bank LogoThe North Carolina Medical Group Management Association (NCMGMA) is proud to partner with First Citizens Bank to present the 11th Annual Practice of the Year Award, to be presented on the evening of Thursday, September 26th during the Fall Conference networking reception.

This award recognizes a medical group practice that has made a significant contribution to their community, patients and/or staff through volunteer work, indigent clinics, fundraisers, staff wellness programs, community clean-ups, community screenings and education (internal & external), etc.

Suit-casing Policy

Any individual who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Suit-casing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For the purposes of this policy, suit-casing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. NCMGMA must be informed of any hospitality suites and expressed consent must be received prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before September 16th (seven business days prior to the conference) are entitled to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations after September 16th or for no-shows.
