Join us in October for an interactive workshop: Customer Service with Emotional Intelligence (EI) - Guiding Your Patients with A Soft Landing presented by Susan Childs, Evolution Healthcare Consulting. This workshop session is specifically designed for all support staff that are involved with customer service.

Support staff is vital to patient care and every role makes a difference. In this session we explore proven approaches and techniques that promote a compassionate, welcoming, and respectful culture. We will focus on emotional intelligence and how it may be embedded in everyday interactions to make meaningful connections with patients and explore ways to guide patients thorough productive, face to face conversations. Words and how we use them are important to understand and can make all the difference to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Dig deep with proven real life customer service approaches that offer a welcoming respectful culture
• How to utilize emotional intelligence and body language to relay and communicate compassionate care
• Proven techniques on how to successfully handle a difficult patient

This session will add knowledge with awareness that can help improve customer service easily with each exchange and every level of care.
