Stephanie Anderson is an experienced business strategist who helps organizations grow by creating and executing strategies that achieve their goals, engage their teams, and positively impact their communities. She has worked with organizations of all sizes from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in leadership and consultant roles, in addition to being a small business owner and social entrepreneur herself. Stephanie spent nearly ten years of her career in the nonprofit sector, working to create sustainable solutions to real-world problems, including launching over 200 female entrepreneurs into business in Ethiopia. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Evangel University as well as a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.

Don Harkey is the CEO and Founder of People Centric Consulting Group in Springfield Missouri. After leaving Capitol Hill, he spent time at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as a Government Affairs Associate.
